Client: Norrsken Ltd
Project Location: Devon
This architectural photography project documents a high-end residential property in Devon featuring bespoke window installations by Norrsken Ltd. The brief was to capture how the glazing design enhances both the exterior architecture and the interior living spaces, showcasing the relationship between natural light, views and material finishes throughout the home.

The property combines a range of contemporary materials, including charred timber cladding, natural stone and extensive glazing. The photography focused on showing how these elements work together to create a cohesive architectural language, with particular attention given to the scale and positioning of the windows and their impact on the overall design.

The shoot was carried out across a full day, capturing the property in bright daylight and returning at dusk to create a contrasting mood. The changing light conditions allowed the glazing and interior spaces to be photographed in different atmospheres, highlighting reflections, transparency and the connection between indoor and outdoor environments.

Internally, the house features a series of well-resolved contemporary spaces with strong use of natural light, modern finishes and carefully considered detailing. The photography emphasises how the window design frames views of the surrounding landscape and enhances the quality of the interior environment.

These photographs were produced for Norrsken Ltd’s portfolio and promotional use, forming part of my wider architectural photography work across Devon and the UK, documenting bespoke glazing, residential architecture and high-quality contemporary homes.
