This architectural photography project documents a high-end residential development in Sheffield for Ascent Lettings, built on the historic former Baldwins Omega site on Brincliffe Hill. The redevelopment replaces what was once a well-known Sheffield venue with a contemporary apartment complex designed for modern living within one of the city’s most desirable leafy suburbs.
The scheme features a series of carefully designed buildings set within generous landscaped grounds, combining modern materials, clean architectural detailing and high-quality finishes throughout. The photography focused on capturing both the overall layout of the development and the relationship between the buildings, outdoor spaces and surrounding residential context.
Positioned above Ecclesall Road with views across the city and easy access to nearby parks and green spaces, the development benefits from a strong connection between urban living and the natural landscape. The imagery highlights this balance, alongside the quality of the architecture and the considered design of the shared external areas.
