Client: PLP
Project Location: Sheffield
This architectural photography project documents Bessemer Park in Sheffield, a large-scale industrial and logistics development for PLP, comprising multiple warehouse units set across an extensive commercial site. The brief was to capture both aerial and ground-level imagery, showcasing the scale, layout and architectural quality of the development.

The size of the site presents both opportunities and logistical challenges, with seven separate units distributed across a large area of land. Ground-level photography required extensive coverage of each building, circulation routes and loading areas, while aerial photography was essential to show the overall site layout and its relationship to surrounding infrastructure and residential areas.

Drone photography played a key role in this project, allowing the full extent of the development to be captured from multiple viewpoints. Due to the scale of the site, flights were planned carefully to achieve wide establishing views as well as more detailed perspectives of individual units and access routes.

The photography highlights the architectural consistency across the development, including modern warehouse façades, loading bays, circulation areas and internal spaces. Interior imagery was used to demonstrate the scale and flexibility of the warehouse units, with large spans, high ceilings and clean, modern finishes.

These photographs were produced for PLP’s portfolio and promotional use, forming part of my wider architectural photography work across Sheffield, Yorkshire and the UK, documenting industrial, logistics and commercial developments.
